		Design Fees: No charge for initial consultation. $50.00 per hour for design work leading to concept sketches and/or blueprints. This fee is rolled into the purchase price. Custom Furniture: Quotes given for each project. Willing to work within your budget. Furniture in Gallery or Portfolio: Call for a quote or additional examples from our line. Deposit: 50% with balance due upon delivery. Lead-time: Usually 8 to 10 weeks Local Delivery: Free in the greater metro Detroit, Ann Arbor, Lansing, Jackson and Toledo areas. Long Distance: Best available shipper. No charge for delivery to shipper. Crating fees approximately $75.00. Restoration: No charge for initial consultation. Quotes given for each project.
